Job Description:
An ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family in Englewood, New Jersey, is seeking a professional, experienced, and bilingual (Spanish/English) nanny to provide exceptional care for their children. The role requires a nurturing, energetic, and adaptable individual with a strong ability to manage a rotational schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, capable of fostering a loving, educational, and secure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and high-quality care for the children, including overseeing daily routines, educational activities, and recreational play.
• Communicate with the children in Spanish to support bilingual language development.
• Prepare healthy and nutritious meals/snacks for the children as needed.
• Manage children’s schedules, including school, extracurricular activities, and playdates.
• Assist with homework and educational enrichment.
• Travel with the family as required, both domestically and internationally.
• Maintain the children’s living areas in an organized and tidy manner.
• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Respect the family’s confidentiality and uphold their high standards of discretion.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a nanny for high-profile or UHNW families.
• Experience with a rotational schedule (7 days on/7 days off preferred).
• Ability to live in during the on-duty weeks.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to a dynamic schedule.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
