Live-In Nanny / Family Assistant –  Miami (Local Candidates Only)

We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized live-in nanny/family assistant for a private family with two daughters, ages 11 and 13, based in Coconut Grove, Miami. This role requires a local candidate who is trustworthy, proactive, and experienced in managing a home with a high level of cleanliness, organization, and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and supervision for two children, including school prep, after-school activities, and evening routines

• Maintain a tidy and well-organized home environment with light housekeeping duties

• Prepare healthy, organic meals and snacks (must accommodate gluten and nut allergies)

• Stock household essentials and manage food orders, including fresh market items

• Wash and prep fresh fruit and maintain an exceptionally clean kitchen

• Drive children to school and activities as needed (valid driver's license required)

• Vendor management and light family assistant tasks

• Ensure a clean, calm, and supportive presence in the home

Requirements:

• Local Miami candidate only (required)

• Fluent Spanish (preferred)

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record

• CPR certified

• Cooking skills with a focus on allergy-aware meals

• Must be neat, organized, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with mom

• Must be comfortable living in a separate apartment with private entrance

• Able to travel with the family when needed

Schedule & Compensation:

• 6 days/week, 10-hour days (Sundays off)

• Typical day: 6:00 AM – 7:30 PM with downtime during the day

• Summers and breaks off when children are away

• $300/day, paid biweekly

• Live-in accommodations include private bedroom, bathroom, and separate entrance
