Job Description: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Nanny for UHNW Family

Location: Englewood Cliffs New Jersey (Tenafly NJ)
Travel: Not often - must have passport
Salary: (1099)  $500 - $750/day

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and supervision for the family’s children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development.
• Assist with homework and educational enrichment, promoting bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Manage daily routines, including meal preparation, hygiene, and bedtime schedules.
• Travel frequently with the family, ensuring the children’s needs are met in varied and changing environments.
• Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on the children’s progress and well-being.
• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Exhibit utmost discretion and professionalism, respecting the family’s confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of nanny experience with UHNW or high-profile families.
• Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
