Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare healthy, low-carb meals for the family, considering individual preferences and any dietary restrictions.
- Create kid-friendly meal options for the children that align with family preferences.
- Source high-quality ingredients, either by shopping locally or coordinating with vendors.
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and organized, adhering to high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Maintain an inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring the kitchen is always well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the family to plan weekly menus and accommodate special requests or events.
- Occasionally prepare meals for guests, with the ability to adjust for larger groups when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, preferably for UHNW families.
- Expertise in preparing low-carb meals and a strong understanding of healthy, balanced diets.
- Culinary training and certifications are preferred.
