About the Family:

A warm, inviting, and loving family is looking for a dedicated and flexible ROTA Nanny to care for their 4-year-old and 1.5-year-old on a rotating schedule (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off). This is a long-term role where the nanny will truly become part of the family.

The family's ideal candidate is warm, adaptable, and has a "no job too big or small" attitude. Their schedule is ever-changing, so flexibility is essential. They are looking for someone who is passionate about childcare and truly enjoys working as a team to support both the children’s development and the family’s needs. The goal is to create the best possible environment for the children's physical, mental, and emotional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care for both children, with a primary focus on the 4-year-old
• Maintain a flexible schedule, adapting to the family's needs
• Assist with light housekeeping during school hours
• Collaborate with parents and existing household staff for a team-oriented approach
• Plan fun, educational activities and support early learning
• Travel with the family as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in high-profile, private households preferred
• Fluent English required
• Must have prior nanny experience with similar ages
• CPR and AED Certified
• Must have strong swimming abilities
• Warm, inviting, and loving personality
• Ability to commit to a ROTA schedule with overriding flexibility.
• Must be comfortable working in a structured household
