Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals daily, accommodating the family's dietary needs and preferences.
• Develop diverse menus that include healthy, creative, and culturally-inspired dishes.
• Source high-quality ingredients, including shopping at local markets and maintaining relationships with specialty vendors.
• Ensure the kitchen is organized, clean, and fully stocked, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Prepare meals for special events, family gatherings, and holidays as needed.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including monitoring supplies and ordering provisions when necessary.
• Provide meals for household staff when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Proven experience as a Private Chef, preferably in UHNW or high-profile households.
• Expertise in various cuisines, including traditional and modern styles.
• Knowledge of special dietary requirements, including allergies, gluten-free, vegan, and low-sodium options.
• Culinary degree or equivalent training is strongly preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple meals per day.
• Food Safety and CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to the family’s schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
