Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable household support professional with a strong background in hospitality, meal preparation, and household coordination. This role involves meal planning, light housekeeping, assisting with household operations, and ensuring a comfortable and organized environment.

Requirements:

• Strong aptitude for hospitality and household support
• Empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (background check required)
• Knowledge of food safety and meal preparation
• Comfortable around pets (cat-friendly environment)
• Ability to lift and carry moderate loads

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meal Planning & Preparation:

  • Heat, prepare, and serve meals based on dietary preferences and schedules
  • Plan and prepare light meals for staff and household members
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Grocery shopping via delivery apps or in-person as needed

• Household Support & Coordination:

  • Monitor household needs, including food and medicine inventory
  • Assist with scheduling repairs and coordinating vendor visits
  • Maintain common areas and assist with light housekeeping tasks
  • Pick up medications, mail packages, and run occasional errands
  • Provide support during guest visits, including meal preparation and hosting

• Daily Routine Highlights:

  • Prepare and serve meals at scheduled times
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations for staff and household members
  • Monitor pet care tasks, including feeding and litter box maintenance
  • Assist with organizing and stocking household supplies
  • Evening household security checks (locking doors, adjusting lighting, ensuring appliances are off)

Future Responsibilities (as needed):

• Cover for the House Manager during extended absences
• Assist with fresh meal preparation every few days
• Help coordinate guest visits, including meal service and hospitality
• Potential overnight stays when household members are away
